Problem not being resolved
Currently, it being difficult reaching out to Diversyfund for a solution.
Some reason software doesn't resolve password changes service.
I used the forgot password service several times and yet I didn't reason no link to change my password.

The only thing I can do is report this company and file a lawsuit, and I don't even think that's going to help. It's an absolute disaster.

Diversity fund has now had another app shutdown claiming it’s got a new platform or something but yet again no notice no prep no intelligent app roll out or back up etc.
it’s like they are amateurs. The return seems way low as well
If you have a few bucks invested in a company that has tech issues where you cant access account info and no customer service would that freak you out ? Im telling you all beware of the warning signs.
If you want good customer service and a lack of tech issues then maybe this route isnt for you. They really make me worry at times

the company is a scammer
My experience with diveryfund is that company the company do not care
once the rogue company have . I HAVE BEEN DEMANDING FOR MY MONEY OVER A YEAR.NOT ONCE DO THE COMPANY THROUGH THE CUSTOMER RESPOND.
I found out the company is nothing more but a swindler that is it folks . Mistakenly invest with a rogue compnay

BEWARE AND DON'T INVEST
Be aware before investing with this company. The fact that they have not responded to numerous requests as to the status of my investment says it all.
This company IS NOT transparent at all. This is my money, not theirs.At this point, I'm doubtful that I will ever get it back.
I don't get any response to my questions or inquiries as to the status of my account and the $1000 I invested 5 years ago. I want my money back NOW !

DiversyFund speak and advertise transparency and improved customer to their clients in words, but their actions show otherwise.
How long will you all keep this unprofessional and unethical practice going? Do what's right and take care of the customer or the hands that feed you

Want withdrawal they denied me my money
They lied and said I would be able to withdraw funds may 2025 was the maturity date now they are telling me December 2025. Liars. I want to take legal matters because they practice deceitful business.
They said I could make a withdrawal of my funds 5 years ago, but they are lying to me. I want the money I invested, and they are refusing to give it to me.
